Behind Golden Crust is Rafael Nieve, a third-generation artisan baker from Buenos Aires, Argentina, with over 20 years of experience. His work blends European baking traditions with Argentine craftsmanship, focusing on natural starters, slow fermentation, and  uncompromising quality.


Every loaf, croissant, and pastry is carefully produced in small batches, with close attention to detail and freshness. We do not rush the process, and we do not cut corners — because quality cannot be accelerated.
